Our goal is to create & host timeless memories and experiences in Downtown Stuart, Iowa. Our building was constructed in 1900 and has roots in the early days of Stuart when the development of the Rock Island Railroad established the town as a bustling business center with a vibrant downtown. The name, Summit Grove, comes from the first settlement established in this area around 1850, before the founding of Stuart in 1870.

 

Several businesses have called this building home over more than a century. After a fire several years ago, the building sat vacant and damaged for about 6 years. The renovation process came with challenges, but we have brought this building back to life for years to come.

 

Summit Grove event hosts and their guests will enjoy & experience beautiful downtown Stuart.
